It's funny how.

Had a call with a friend, an old friend; catching up for around 3 years of lack of proper communication. Just for an hour, we touched briefly on our days and the things we have been struggling with.

Friends can be like a glass of water, especially the ones that can accept you in your faults and still see the good in you, offering grace.

My friend said "maybe I don't have to be the smartest in the room, but diligent to humility", then said that it probably sounded deep for me because it was 1AM in my timezone.

There are neighbors of the soul, I'd say I know my neighbors. My friend is definitely one of them.
