This software development studio began with the idea to assist software engineers from my home country who were new to the industry, by working on projects that had value for people who came to us with a problem or idea to be addressed.
As there was availability on my end, I would also provide guidance based on the (limited) expertise I had at the time, and we would work together to deliver the best and simplest possible solution.
At times, it was a struggle to keep things running smoothly - managing the team without making the work feel dull was an effort, but a rewarding one.
By the end of 2024, my fellow Dominicans had received job offers from larger companies, which was a sign that the studio had fulfilled its purpose. I handled the remaining projects with external contractors and then proceeded to stop looking for new projects.
Left as memories are the website and the LinkedIn page.
